"Fantastic hotel in a good location a short transfer from the airport (approx. 20 mins), however there is not a lot in the immediate area surrounding the hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them and a big part of the hotel's appeal. "Room was cleaned daily. The property is rather dated. The hallways carpet 2nd floor needs a complete changing. Trash was left at trash can on 2nd floor coming off elevator for two days. Cleaning cart was left in hallway as well for two days. At bar someone paid good money for a coke and waitress filled glass with ice, left half coke in bottle, took glass drink to customer, left remaining drink on bar. "Pleasant staff, not very timely - however they try. Property is decent but small. Restaurant is expensive and subpar. The air conditioning went out at 3 am and was constantly beeping. "Adult only resort is excellent! Great water activities included at no charge. Like the many pools on resort property. Food was decent as far as all inclusives go. Also liked that rooms were smoke free including outside sitting area of room. Didn't like no sand beach on property. The wall was a barrier with many rocks to the ocean. "the staff of Crystal Cove are exceptional - very friendly and very helpful.
