"Beautiful property with large, clean room and a nice beverage and breakfast lounge. Walking distance to town. Stocked with teas, coffee, water, cookies, hot chocolate, and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!"

"My room was lovely and the staff lovely. For myself there was no table in the room that I could use to do my work on, ended up using the suitcase stand. Also had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes for someone to come to reception , I had pressed the button many times but she only heard the last time I pressed it. Just maybe a better system."

"Booked this hotel at the last minute and boy did we get a great deal. We were greeted on reception by a lovely friendly lady unfortunately I did not get her name but she was really welcoming. Our room was large and spacious, large comfy bed the view was over looking Bournemouth conference centre but step out side your room and the views our of Bournemouth pier. "A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though."
