"Initially was not pleased with the room that was provided. There seemed to be confusion as to what room/view was booked. Front desk and management did listen to our feedback and changed our accommodation to a room that was in-line with our expectations. "This facility went above and beyond in all aspects. Before customer service was absolutely fantastic responding within 24hrs. Asked for a room near the facilities and they accommodated - I have disabilities. " My five-night stay at this remarkable resort exceeded all expectations. The room was not just spacious but also immaculately clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. A big shout-out to Selen and Mehmet Can at the front desk for graciously accommodating my late check-out request. The food offered a wide variety and was delicious, and the gym was well-equipped.
