Wonderful stay, beautiful beach resort, friendly staff housekeeping, people in the restaurant chef Erbey, the pretty girls during breakfast all helpful and smiling. Nice breakfast buffet very affordable. I really enjoyed with my wife and baby, love to come back again. Thanks to Firat, Mehmet at the reception.

Great Holiday, great location. Had the BEST Time. Lots of steps, but missing hand rails at really tricky points of stone steps. Some metal fence/hand rails loose in the ground so shook when holding on while trying to go down the stairs

Hotel is located on a hill and it has its own private beach, so lots of elevators and stairs involved which is kind of tiring, and not handicapped friendly. Good Turkish breakfast, excellent view of Bodrum Castle. The sea is gorgeous, you swim with lots of fish around you. You can walk to Bodrum in about 30 mins downhill, but definitely need a taxi to come back, which is affordable

We had cold showers for our entire 1 week stay. I complained the 1st 3 days and then I was fed up of complaining so had cold showers for 7 days. Also the floors were not clean at all. Walking 5 min bare feet made my feet all black. 1 day they forgot to put towels when we came back from the beach I had to call 3 times to get some towels for the shower and hand towels. I would give only 3 stars for this hotel. 5 stars for the beach and 1 star for hotel.

I stayed at a hotel in Bodrum with a perfect location in Badaçkı Koyu. The sea was definitely the highlight of the experience, and the hotel’s location was excellent — just 7–8 minutes by taxi to Bodrum or Gümbet, or around 25 minutes on foot. The room was clean, room service was good, and the staff were generally helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Dinner was disappointing — although it was presented as an open buffet with a fixed menu, the variety was very limited and below expectations. In addition, 2–3 times a week, loud music from the nearby Club Med played at such a high volume that it was impossible to rest or even take a short nap during the day. This was not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. The staff were good, but I believe management should consider introducing some light entertainment within the hotel itself, and definitely improve the quality and variety of the food offered.

The staff were rude throughout the entire property, with the exception of the one hostess at the beach bar. Everyone had an attitude as if you were inconveniencing them. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and additionally the tv wasn’t working at all.

This property needs a major overhaul both in terms of renovation as well as staff. Such poor house keeping. The 1st room we checked in was left with strands of hair, the 2nd one has cigarette ash all over the pillows. Finally the 3rd room turned out to be decent. The bathrooms are small and have a pungent smell. The only shining grace was Mr. Esne who took note and acknowledged all of our problems and helped in every possible way to sort them out. But it was a bad experience overall.

One of the worst staffed and run down hotels I've ever stayed at. Just a few of our issues at this resort: - Waited for 45 minutes for a Bellhop to take us to our room, they never came. When we did run into one, he led us in the wrong direction and was on a phone call the entire time. - Several spiders in our room. - Mattress, bedding & all towels were stained with various colours. When we got new ones, they were also stained. Bedding was cheap, thin, and did not cover the bed - the sheets weren't even the right size. - Room was super run down, specifically the floor. Was dirty when we arrived, also several cracks and dents. - Our room didn't lock. - Staff at front desk lost our keys, and they were generally unfriendly when checking in and out. - There are five floors worth of stairs (approx 180) to get anywhere, NOT friendly for anyone with mobility issues. The elevators all take ages and the system is terrible. - Our fridge did not work and was emitting a weird smell. - When we complained about these issues, they threw water on the floor to "mop" with our belongings there, and the lock was just screwed into a different part of the door. - Multiple restaurants advertised which were not open, restaurant options were very limited. I would NOT recommend this resort as a four star. The only redeeming parts are the pool and beach, both of those are clean and have gorgeous views. Gym is also good. Otherwise, this would be a 1 star.

This property has a nice private beach and lovely pool. Good sized rooms with excellent amenities and views. Great value with all meals and drinks inclusive. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Some maintenance issues with air conditioner and lifts.

It is an amazing place to relax! The resort has everything you need to make your stay very Confortable. I had a sea view room and the view abs Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The location of the hotel is also excellent! Just next to one is the most instagramable place (the windmills).

Our Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money We returned to this hotel after a great experience 2 years ago — tasty food, quality drinks, friendly staff. This time, we brought family (5 adults, 1 child) and booked 2 luxury rooms, expecting the same standards. ❌ At check-in, we were shocked to learn that “All-Inclusive” was no longer valid — only breakfast included. No notice on the website, no meal plan options during booking. ❌ We were forced to pay 70,000 TL extra (35,000 per room, $1750) or leave(They wont refund). No help, no flexibility. Staff were cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. We've paid 107.000 TL before, total 177.000 TL for 4 days 🤡 🍽️ The food was a huge letdown: • Lunch = pizza, pasta, fries, wrap (often out of stock). • Dinner = same boring food daily. • Breakfast = repetitive and low quality. • Dirty utensils, cheap alcohol, poor desserts. Our child hardly ate — nothing suitable for kids. 🧹 Rooms were not clean, linens weren’t fresh, and the bathroom was subpar — unacceptable for the price. 🎭 No evening entertainment. 👶 No kids’ or adult activities. 🌊 The sea is beautiful, but that’s not thanks to the hotel. 🚫 No support 🚫 No transparency 🚫 No value for money We left disappointed. We won’t return — and don’t recommend it.

Being an Expedia member for almost 20 years now, I don’t know how Expedia is even listing this hotel! The hotel was below average, the service was really bad, the towels in the rooms were being folded back on the rack without changing them!! I didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel in my room, also the tv channels were not working, they were getting stuck despite the promises that I got from the receptionist that it will be fixed, they have even skipped a day without doing any housekeeping. But the shocking incident that happened was one day before our checkout date, I went back to the room at around 3:30pm and all both my suitcases were not in the room, I was shocked and when I have contacted the receptionist, she didn’t even understand what I was saying. I had to go all the way up to the reception and met the manager who took me in the storage room where I found my luggage there!! He said sorry very quietly as if he was trying to tell me not to make a scene. This hotel staff doesn’t even know what they are doing, I bet they have hired people temporarily for the season only. My recommendation, please don’t fall for the name or the chain, do your research.

Let's start with hotel operations and customer service because that was definitely the worst part of this whole experience. This hotel is poorly managed, poor leadership and no accountability to the staff. So many guests at the desk complaining for all different reasons and the staff are numb to it and shake their heads like- yep, you're right, this is bad, we know... The GM has instructed the staff not to give out his contact details because he doesn't want to be bombarded with the complaints. The lack of leadership starts right there at the top. It's subject to multiple power outages due to its "remoteness" which is not the hotels fault, but something to be mindful of, especially if you plan to rely on elevators. The layout is vast and you have to take SEVERAL elevator rides and stairs to get anywhere. This is is not a place for folks with handicap or mobility issues FYI. The daily housekeeping doesn't clean, they only put fresh towels and make the bed. They do not clean the bathroom in between. Not sure if that's what should be expected or if this is a service failure. The sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned during our stay. So many terrible examples of poor customer service, the valet lost our car key 3 different times. The taxi process is a mess, you request for one, your first in line, several others come, everyone is waiting, some other employee takes over and then it's a free for all for taxis because he has no idea who's waiting. Would never stay here again

The hotel was as we were informed effectively closed so there was a bad skeleton of staff on there was barely any cleaning. The rooms weren’t made up. The rooms were cleaned properly. There was no ice to be had for drinks. There was no waterside pool bar which had closed for the season there was no beds put out properly. I had to physically drag my own beds out every day. The towels are dirty. It stuff at the front desk when one complained all they said was they can’t do an email to the Hotel was effectively closed the Manager just wandered around with his stupid little dog and a fishing rod fishing while the guests suffered. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at any price even if they gave me a room again I wouldn’t do it. I paid for two weeks, but I checked out after one week and now they’re saying they weren’t refund me for the days that I’m owed do not be fooled by the pictures and holiday. Inn should be ashamed of themselves being associated with this Hotel.

The hotel I would say was average, rooms were basic and balcony very exposed. The hotel is situated on a hill and quite isolated and you would need breakfast was the same every day and quite restricted for vegetarians
