I am not sure what is going on at this hotel with the front counter staff. There seems to be an organised scheme to charge guests for fake damage. The staff tried to charge us for a shampoo bottle that would not pump shampoo. Had an argument with them. This is not good at all.

This hotel is probably one of the best I've ever stayed in. The hotel was modern and very clean. The service was impeccable! The Manager, Pop, was very very nice and he made sure we were comfortable and helped us in every way he could. He would always ask us how we're doing every time he sees us.
Our room was very modern with a good size. The day bed by the window was very nice as well! The hotel provided a smartphone in the room that you can take with you for calls and as a mobile hotspot. The phone also had 24/7 chat and guest services support.
I also appreciated that the breakfast was grab & go and it was very convenient. They also had coffee and tea for most of the day.
I also love that the location was quiet but still near Siam. The hotel itself is connected to a mall with a 7-11 just at the ground floor. Samyan Mitrtown has everything you need from shopping to restaurants to desserts to a grocery store. The money exchange at the basement of Samyan Mitrtown also offers the best rate I've seen in Bangkok so far! The mall also offers free shuttle to and from Siam Square.
I have been to Bangkok about 8-9 times and have stayed in a lot of hotels from 4-5 stars and I would like to say that Triple Y Hotel is the best I've stayed in. I will definitely stay here again and again!

Positives: Nice and clean hotel with complimentary breakfast (2 items and a coffee) takeaway. Close proximity to the Samyan Mitrtown Mall and MRT station.
The hotel also offers free transfer to Siam Square.
Negatives: I was awaken in the middle of the night by loud noises from returning guests. The room door could do with sound-proofing seal.

Normally there are many things, such as a pair of sandals, shopping bag, laundry basket and etc., provided in the guest room for serving during stay but those are not allowed to take home upon check out. That was why the charge was applicable. Actually it was charged only 400.00 Baht for the shopping bag. Instead of setting in – room coffee and tea, we serve brewed premium coffee, branded “Lavazza” (imported from Italy), and premium tea, branded “Dilmah” at Tuk Tuk in the lobby during the Breakfast time and the Grab time (11:30 – 20:00 hrs.). Additionally, guests can ask some tea bags for drinking in room when needed. The new breakfast will be set at the beginning of December 2019.

No phone in the room. I have to walk down to the reception for every request. When I asked how shall I contact the front desk my room, the staff asked me to use my own hanphone to make an international call to call to the hotel phone number. What a ridiculous request towards a guest! And, it took about 20mins for check out, even though there is no minibar in the room.

Hotel is new. Cleanliness is good. Good for group stay. 6 rooms all bathroom attached. The mall link to the hotel is not officially open yet during my stay. Many taxi drivers is unaware of this Hotel. You will have problem trying to explain the location of the hotel while you head back. There is no nearby BTS, however MRT is nearby. Last thing, beware of taking any stuffs from your room, cos is chargeable. And there is NO breakfast.
