In overall I satisfy with the hotel conditions and service
Room is not new but well managed to keep clean and comfortable conditions.
The most satisfaction during my stay is breakfast service. Since the day I stayed has not much guests. But the amount and variety of food is still kept in the standard. Food has been refilled even if it is closed to the service hour. And we impressed in the service mind from staffs.
Very nice place and great staff. 5 minute ride to Train night market. You really can’t walk anywhere just take a grab cheap and safe.

The most appealing thing about your hotel is the staff before arriving at your hotel i had all my money and cards stolen in Amman Jordan when the staff at the hotel became aware of my situation the staff couldnt have been more helpfull from the manager to the porter out the front of the hotel .Especially Salfee the porter who delivered me to the shopping centre to collect emergency money from Western Union upon leaving his vechile he gave me some cash which i didnt think i would need however i could not find the bank and had to get a taxi back to the hotel with Salfees money the next day he came on his day off with his wife and child and took me in his own car to the shopping centre to find the bank even he had trouble finding it so by myself i didnt have a hope of finding the bank others who helped me were the girl at recption who spoke very good English the man in charge of the dining room who gave me a free meal when i still had no money and of course the manager so you can see why i can not speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel i have paid backSalfee the money he lent me with interest and told him he must learn english and he will go a long way with the attitude towards his work and customers he has thanks for everthing Kenneth Ballantyne

The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . When we needed to use the shuttle it was very easy to coordinate and enjoyed the fresh bakery items.available for purchase. Thanks.novotel
