Really chill hotel, lots to do around. The apartments are really clean and has a really good vibe in the pool area. Staff are helpful, esp the on ground staff and housekeeping staff are really polite. Would def recommend. Gym is a little small for such a big property if you are looking to hit the hotel gym but just all in all highly recommend!

It’s a very good hotel, no complain. Would totally stay again.
Side note for the location.
Con, if you’re always going to platinum mall, siam paragon or 4 face buddha, the bike ride would take around 17 mins. Abit tad far I would say.
Pro, if you’re partying a lot, there’s tons of place near by. Good location if you like to party.

Location is kinda outside the main shopping areas like CentralWorld and Asian Paragon but what makes this a fantastic place to stay is their wonderful staff (Job and Nina) who helped us with settle in very quickly. Booked a 1 bedroom suite and the place was spacious and very clean! Nearby has a number of eateries and a small shopping complex and 15 mins walk to Healthland.
Would go back to this wonderful place for my accommodation next time. Btw they also accommodated my request for a high floor suite. Simply amazing!
Only downside, gotta take cab if want to go to the more popular spots.

Bad customer service and dirty
I was at the hotel for 4 total nights, many times we sat at the lobby to wait for my friends, there were flies everywhere which I think is unacceptable at a five star hotel. The front desk staffs are very slow and rude during check out and other times when I ask to get extra keys. The bathroom of room 4008 I stayed at smell like sewage.
