"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "

"This property is at an amazing location. The views are stunning, staff is very sweet and helpful, and the breakfast with the view in the morning was my favorite part of the day. Their plumbing is not great though. One of our showers got blocked and water logged and the other one constantly made a noise. For the price they charge, this wasn’t ideal. "

"Lovely historic property with a terrific staff, great breakfast (included) and a great bar overlooking the coast. Ravello is beautiful and quieter than the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Our room (especially the floor) could have been cleaner and the AC does not work well. Very comfortable room. Cabs are VERY expensive and the drive is long to get anywhere outside of Ravello. Lots to see in Ravello though."

"The property is luxurious and extremely accommodating. You receive a cell phone on check-in that functions as real-time concierge. Also, included breakfast that can be delivered to your room as well as included car service to the hotel. There are a number of stairs to get to the property (which is true throughout all of Positano), and so older/less mobile travelers be cautious when selecting hotels in this area generally."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were in a basic room and it worked great for what we needed. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast spread is awesome and the pool is amazing as well. My only negative thing to say is we got two massages and they charge you an arm and leg for them and they come to your room to do them. We had a very small room so they brought us to a bathroom upstairs and the lights couldn’t be turned off. So for 180 euros I wouldn’t say the...

"La propiedad es hermosa sus alrededores espectacular peto el estacionamiento es lijisimo y solo te llevan las maletas para llegar alli hay que subir un tramo y otro de bajar para un total de 187 escalones. We visited number of other five star hotels, but here is the only that has all the modern amenities with the same superior staff and the one of a kind historical character. "Great property with views along the Amalfi coast, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant menu is limited but very good quality, they could do with some snack options. The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame."
