Romantic beach-front stay

Had a beautiful mini-moon over a long weekend. Beautiful pool and rooftop, excellent staff who went above and beyond, and amazing restaurants on-site. Would recommend and stay here again

The Covo dei Saraceni hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are very big for European standards with AC. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The staff is beyond friendly especially at the pool and at breakfast. The pool is gorgeous and you have the best views. The location is prime to all restaurants, shopping, the beach and boats. It’s a short walk from the parking garage but well worth it!

This is a beautiful hotel and we feel we found a gem. Our incredibly big room (junior suite) was very comfortable and overlooked the beach, which was a bustling hub of activity. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved it.

The 6 night stay at Covo was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Maria at the restaurant along side her the manager greeted us and served us with so much love and care every morning. We had a great stay overall and Mainly because of the staff’s hospitality, good food and proximity to the beach. Will visit again.

Amazing property. We absolutely loved this hotel, the best location in town, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, delicious food, incredible sea views.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is right beside the port so we were able to just jump on ferry for quick day trips. We travelled Italy for 10 days staying a various hotels along the way and this one is hands down our most favorite! We highly recommend!!

Amazing resort on the heart of Tuscany. Easy drive to Montepulciano, Florence, Siena, Rada or wherever you want to visit. Two great restaurants. A great breakfast. Quiet reading nooks. Vespas. Gardens. A great pool. Great wine. And absolutely stunning views. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Beautifully appointed and situated hotel at premier Positano location, on the beach near the ferry wharf. Nice bar and restaurant, classy breakfast room in the water . Maria in the breakfast room makes you feel at home . Rosario , of the waiting staff, is wonderful. The front desk staff is always attentive, even before arriving with responsive emails. We could not have asked for more.

Old and the shower was a cabin which you couldnt almost shower in The beach was extremely poor and to the public I wouldn’t return or recommend anyone to a 5 star of such hotel This hotel is no more or less than a 3 star hotel Breakfast was very accommodating

Worth every penny!

Loved this hotel! Located ON THE BEACH! In the walking section of old Town. Staff, all of them, excellent. Especially Rosario in the bar, Alexandra Concierge, gino front desk mgr. Room spotless, large balcony w seating, comfortable beds. Located right at the ferry dock so we didn't have to haul luggage up a bazillion stairs to a taxi (hotel also has porters to do that. If you taxiing here, i Hightower recommend the baggage porter both ways!

Lovely property, though a tad dated. It has an old world feel to it. Without exception the staff were kind, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great. We are happy that we chose to be at the lower level of Positano and enjoyed the dining choices that were within easy walking range. We were there the first week in October and the buzz of activity as the ferries and boats pulled into the pier made it busy and noisy; so peak season maybe overwhelming.

Wonderful stay, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Pool area is gorgeous, we ended up spending most of our time lounging on the pool deck. Service was impeccable, every single employee went above and beyond to make it a fantastic stay. Room was a great size and beautiful - clean, comfortable bed, well air conditioned, gorgeous views. Only minor complaint is our room seemed especially loud at night and in the morning, some of it seemed like loud pipes but just general working hotel noise seemed very loud in the morning, banging and clanging of things, loud talking, etc. Rooms are not soundproofed the best which is expected with older buildings, but was still a bummer, we did not have the quiet peaceful mornings exactly. Our room was on floor 2, the furthest from the center so perhaps that was it, that on the edge we caught more noise from back rooms or higher floors. Overall it didn’t massively impact our stay, was a bit annoying but we’re still thrilled we stayed here and will definitely be returning. Location is excellent, short walk to everything and no uphill climb after the beach, you just walk back in the front door which is basically next to the beach.

Great property and right next to the beach and ferry dock area. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. But a serious hike up the hill if you made reservations too far up. Be aware. Parking is at Gennaro Garage and space is limited there and all over Positano, so we spent the money on a taxi from Napoli and it was worth it. Had no reason to have a car. The view from the balconies looking over the water and up the hillside is outstanding. The service by the hotel staff is as quick as we have ever received anywhere. Daily breakfast was top notch and with the same view. Great pool and bar area. Their business center room has the most ridiculously beautiful view of the bay and hills that I can’t imagine anyone getting any work done in there. Loved Covo dei Saraceni. :)
