"This place lacks customer service. Definitely a basic quality hotel. I was checked in and given an occupied room! Great balcony view! Although the height of the chair made it a bit obstructed. The bed is not comfortable! However as a solo traveler I could use one of the blankets for more softness. The air condition blows directly at the bed, which is not good. Water pressure good and there was a bathtub, yay! The breakfast had variety but it is not quality food! There are markets close by...

"The resort has decent quality apartments and is located in a small and cosy village. We had a ground floor apartment with sea view. It was silent although it’s not adult only - hence if you like to travel with kids, you can still have some silent moments. "

"Had a great time! Nice pool area with a fun and chill poolside vibe- music, drinks, billiard — if you’d rather have peace and quiet there’s an adult pool as well with amazing views, however no shade there. "Fabulous stay at this hotel, my 1st time but certainly will not be my last. The hotel was so clean, staff friendly and hard working. The beds are super comfy and the apartment very spacious with all self catering equipment needed. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and most importantly to us curly haired girlies a proper hairdryer. Plenty of storage & hangers and a safe which is free to use. Also free use of pool towels. Could not fault this hotel and I will return."

"Fantastic location. Not only within easy walking distance of the hub of the old town but right next to the beautifully lush Parque García Sanabria with its fountains, sculptures and interesting displays. Bus stop right outside main entrance. Lovely hotel restaurant. Room with balcony was clean and bed comfortable. Great to have a decent-sized fridge but I was missing facilities to make hot drinks.
