"Good rooms spoilt by noisy traffic. Essentially you are getting a fully serviced luxury villa plus some public areas typical of the hotel. The gardens are lush and the rooms lavish. There is much to entertain the eye, the hotel designer seems to have had an extravagant budget and the rooms are crammed with a melange of elegant objects. Sadly no thought was given to the labours of the housekeeping team, and there are pockets of evidence suggesting that the miracles required to keep the clutter...

"This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. "

"Es un apartamento muy equipado, y amplio, teniamos el apartamento sup. con vistas a la piscina y mar, realmente vale la pena y en esta epoca por la situación que esta ubicado, hay mucha tranquilidad. El sofa es lo único que hemos tenido quejas, se nota que es un sofa viejo, las fundas incluso estan amarillas de su uso, y tuvimos que pedir una sabana para cubrirlo y asi almenos cuando te sentabas no te daba la sensación de sucio...es por ello que no le acabo de dar las 5 estrellas. Por el resto...

"Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. "신혼여행으로 휴식 + 관광을 하고싶어서 테네리페 + 바르셀로나를 택했습니다. 강행군으로 한국에서 테네리페까지 비행기를 총 19시간을 타고도 도착하자마자 피로가 싹풀리는 느낌이였어요 4박을 머물렀는데 24시간 리셉션과 큰 풀장 두개와 테라스에 있는 작은풀장까지 최고의 숙소였어요 휴식 너무 행복하게 지내고갑니다 감사합니다 제가 가본 그리고 가볼곳중에 최고의 숙소였다고 자신합니다!!"

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). "very nice place clean nice pool heated and outside spa very strange set up where you have to book your sun beds the previous day the rooms were very clean and good size only let down was the towels for the class of hotel would expect better but that's only a minor complaint the restaurant looked nice but can't comment as never used it would definitely stay again "
