"The overall experience was great. I did have an issue during check out but I am not going to lower my 5 star rating because of it. I know they are just doing their jobs. Upon checking, they wanted housekeeping to check the room and clear it before we left. It’s a customary thing just to make sure we did not leave anything, etc. I have stayed at two previous hotels in Palawan prior to this and they were quick! This hotel? Not so much. "This hotel is very close to the airport, and shuttle service was excellent! Greeted with cool drink and washcloth upon arrival. Restaurant was very inexpensive with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Hallways at floor level are not air-conditioned, and the noise from hallway and elevator was frequent in my room that was close to the elevator. ask for a room away from the elevator. I'd stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay for the night. I have stayed here once before and both times now it was a pleasant stay. Room is always clean, bathroom shower is always hot with good pressure, bed is comfortable..just a really nice little hotel. The lobby has a Cafe in it. Their customer service is excellent and the food is very good for a quick bite. They will bring you the food to your room too which was a nice plus. Thank you all for what you do!"

"This is an inexpensive hotel so amenities are limited but you do get what you paid for. The staff is very nice, they have a limited food menu but the items are well prepared. The view from the outside dining area is very nice. The rooms are basic but good, bed is comfortable, AC works very well, CR shower is comfortable, water is hot. One problem is the wifi is very weak in the room, but it is strong in the dinning area."

"Room fairly modern for Philippines. We accidentally booked a good location, the Baywalk was just three blocks away. It’s convenient to the airport, and most tour companies will come directly here due to the good location. Close to markets, mall and many stores that are up and down the street in walking distance. "Balai Princesa was a quiet, intimate, comfortable stay. We were a group of three and stayed for a night before traveling to El Nido. Staff and service were excellent. "The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "
