"This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating. The breakfast was disappointing, the rooms were not properly cleaned or well maintained, and the overall service was not at the standard expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the quality and service were far below what we expected."

"Lovely hotel, clean room and helpful personal.
