I was told I was getting a new room and none of the usb or outlets worked in the room. I had to charge stuff in the bathroom. Room was always hot never cooled off no matter the what I set the temp at. The bed was so bad that it felt like a really old mattress. I won’t be staying here again

staff was cool, but I found a cockroach on my bed…. Changed rooms and upgraded, although we had to move in the morning to a different room was very inconvenient.

Staff was so rude, pool was shut down without notice, room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, beds were uncomfortable, not kid friendly whatsoever.
