"Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

"The whole chalet smelt of mould, The bathroom was smelling discusting, The swimming pool was supposed to be heated but was not. the inside was covered in mould. The only good thing about yhe place was the people who worked in the reception office. "
