"From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge. "We have just had a lovely stay at The Falcon. The hotel is spotless and beautifully kept. All the staff are amazing and most helpful. We had a bedroom on the front with a canal view. The only down side to this is that it was quite noisy. It is on the main road into the town and next to a pub. The food and gardens are great and we look forward to visiting again at some point."
