"The property could use some updating. Lights out in the women’s bathroom near the chillz pool and wood rotting on the doors. Toilet did not flush in the women’s bathroom near the dips pool. Some pool lounge chairs are ripped and some moldy. Most of the staff was friendly, did not feel that the Diamond Club was worth the extra money, never saw the butler’s. We did have to move rooms due to water dripping in our bathroom and shower areas from the room in the floor above us. The Diamond Club pool was nice and peaceful. At any of the bars, never saw that they used “top shelf liquor” that was included with diamond club, and there was non-diamond club members at the Diamond club only bar. Food was ok and not always hot. Sometimes it took very long to get the food. "

The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of the best vacations we’ve had. We are already looking forward to returning. " Yes, breakfast room was clean and she was perfect. I think I was the property on the side which I had fell. I had an accident and scrape my knee but a pat from all that everything else was good because they were doing construction in the front so we had to go through the side door. "

"Quaint and intimate boutique hotel with unique features, including a large jacuzzi in the bedroom. A especially liked that our room had direct access to the marina from our patio. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having both the Cockpit and Jacques Restaurants on property were a nice feature. Within easy walking distance to the nearest beach, as well as shops and restaurants was a bonus. I would stay here again."
