"Clean room, some wear and tear. Very basic kitchen appliances only and no extras like cooking oil, sugar, or any spices. No paper towels.
However the little market offered these things and there was a nearby grocery store.
The dinners were excellent.
Very close to the road but on the ocean side you only hear the waves. The room on the sie facing the room can be loud with road noise. Beach is nice and right there. Sandals resort is next door.

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"The property was undergoing renovations but this was not distracting or problematic. The room while a bit on the older side was very well appointed and kept clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The location was excellent especially when paired with the access to the Resort via the shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel for good value. Close to KFC and a decent shopping area."

"The location was ideal for easy access (walking) to the beach and to dining spots and the mall. The reception staff (Sharon) was helpful and even gave me an upgrade to my booked room without me even asking. Thank you, Sharon! There was an internet matter which was addressed speedily by the maintenance man who was very friendly and professional. All-in-All a good experience."
