"Nous avons passé une nuit en visitant Bruges. L’hôtel est situé à environ 15 minutes du centre historique de Bruges, dans un cadre calme, avec un parking payant à 8 € à l’arrivée, alors que cela n’était pas mentionné au moment de la réservation. La réception était au top : la personne était très accueillante et serviable. Elle nous a même donné un plan de la région et a fait l’effort de parler français. La chambre, en revanche, a été une vraie déception. Elle se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée...

"Für ein Low-Budget-Hotel wirklich überraschend gut! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war praktisch und man konnte vieles schnell erreichen. Natürlich darf man bei dem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine günstige Reise. Würde ich wieder buchen."

"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. "We voelden ons van bij de inschrijving direct thuis. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, ons direct wegwijs gemaakt Kamer perfect in orde. Ontbijt : niets op aan te merken. Van alles en nog wat te vinden. Wij komen zeker terug. Proficiat aan alle personeel die met plezier en toewijding hotel runnen."

"The room was clean, compact, and exactly what I expected for a budget stay. The location is very convenient, and if you’re staying for one or two nights, it offers good value for money. "Insgesamt ganz ok. Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer im grossen und ganzen sauber. Sehr schmaler/enger und langsamer aufzug allerdings. Gebäude sehr alt, dadurch Zimmer und innen sehr verwinkelt. Dafür ist das Hotel Insgesamt recht gut gewartet. Parken am Hotel war leider nicht nöglich. Personal war hier auch nicht hilfsbereit. Man muss eigenständig Parkplatz im umliegenden Bereixh finden und organisieren."
