"After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"This was a great experience, as this was a first for me. Met with Zen upon arrival, she is a pleasant person. She gave me the room and door code, then showed the property. EVERYTHING was very clean. The bed was comfortable with all the amenities of a hotel. I plan on staying on my next trip to this area, and tell others looking for a nice place less than a hotel."

"We had a late arrival and the staff member was so welcoming and professional. The exterior is nicely maintained and well lit. The room was clean, nicely presented, well stocked with toiletries and towels. Walls need some touch up however not a deterrent for a stay, just reason for not getting excellent. Slept in so did not partake in breakfast. If going to Raymond James for any reason I would recommend staying here. "

"The room was spacious and very clean. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! I enjoyed the omelettes and biscuits and gravy! The TV needs to be updated as the picture had a weird purple tint. The outlets also could use a repair/update. But seriously we really did enjoy our stay! Very convenient location as it is 9 minutes from the airport and close to many great restaurants and malls. Also not far from Busch Gardens! We will definitely be back! Thank you!"
