Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside ...

Merci à la dame de la réception qui était très gentille et m’a beaucoup aider durant le séjour. Aussi l’hôtel est très bien mais un peu cher par rapport à Tulum Centre, et la plage peut parfois être rempli de sargasse cela dépendant de la saison malheureusement.
