"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located inside a national park, so there is an additional entrance fee required to access the area. That said, the hotel itself was excellent, and the unique location inside the park made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a spectacular setting. 🌿🏨✨"

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. I would suggest this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tulum! We were on the all-inclusive package and had the best food in our entire lives. All of the staff members were so kind, friendly, and knew our orders by the end of the trip! The rooms were very clean, the pool was beautiful, and the front desk staff helped us with nearby recommendations and rentals! There is a main strip in Tulum with lots of restaurants, hotels, and shops; Mi Amor is just on the other side tucked away into the nature reserve. This is perfect for people who want to enjoy the bustling, busy streets - then go away and rest at your hotel. At Mi Amor, you HAVE to have the tempura shrimp tacos and guac! My biggest recommendation would be to rent a Vespa - once we had this, everything was a 15-minute ride or less to everywhere we wanted to visit. PRO TIP: Mi Amor has sister hotels nearby that you can visit and use their amenities too! Nevana Luxury Villas has the most incredible pool I have ever been to in my life. 1000000/10 would stay at Mi Amor again!"

The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. "Unfortunately we found this place to be very disappointing. While some staff members were friendly and kind, management is dishonest and highly unprofessional. On our last night we returned to our room to find the power worked for everything except for the AC, which is essential in the 90+ degree heat. We messaged staff and no one was available, and security came to “help” then went back to sleep. There was something seriously sketchy about it. If this is the attitude management has for running this"

"The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum. There’s restaurants within that space though. Parking was okay. There was a nice man in the parking lot who ushered us in (made it easier cause it was tight) and offered to help us with our bags. :)"

"Really nicely designed hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again and good value for our trip. Free bikes so you can explore beach and town. Breakfast included is cooked to order. Can be a bit different each day e.g. help yourself to coffee / order through wait staff which at times was a bit slow despite many people not being there. This hasn't affected my overall rating at all but there isn't a wardrobe which is a bit annoying for slightly longer stays to hang clothes up. You need to bring your own towel to the pool as run by a different company."
