"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"訂房時有要求安排寧靜客房，卻安排一進門是浴室且位置靠近鐵路旁，隔音差到會聽到火車經過的聲音，深夜隔壁房打掃聲、腳步聲、鐵捲門啟動或講話等雜音，整晚無法熟睡，令人失望的住宿品質"

"This place is very clean the room is very quiet and convenient to transportation in Hsinchu. I rated it four out of five due to the spotty Wi-Fi but otherwise if you don't mind then this is very highly recommended I would definitely consider this place again."
