Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This was a fantastic hidden gem of a place.Out of all the places we stayed in China,this was the best. It was a home from home but with everÿthing thought of, to make it so easy accessing all the attractions. Joyce was a joy and so accommodating. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Rooms were beautiful and cleverly designed with every amenity. It was set in stunning scenery, huge windows looking out onto mountains. The food was delicious, a truly personal service and all the staff, were so friendly and helpful. It was a haven and Joyce spoke really good English. The service was better than we had at the 5 star hotels we stayed at. Such good value, for what we got. They drove us free of charge to the different attractions, and gave helpful guidance of where to go and what to do. A little bit of stylish and personal luxury in an amazing natural wonder of a place with genuine warmth and care from Joyce and her family.
