"This place makes us feel we are home. The staff always gives extra mile in service.Very close to tianmen mountain.. The room is well maintained and they always refill the toiletries and water.Breakfast is per order and very delicious.If you are in the area i will recommend to stay in this hotel."

"Helpfullness is fully there. I never once felt confused or intimidated to ask for help. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Rooms are always kept clean. I don't eat breakfast so cant contribute much there. The gym is a bit lack luster but might be renovations and you won't be there all day. For a good homebase this is a 10/10. Just be aware that the Chinese culture is very different and that cant be reflected on the hotel. If you are staying short or long term I definitely recommend them."

"After a lot of research into the many options we decided on Sulv. So glad we made this choice! The location is great- just a stroll along the riverwalk to the Ancient City but away from the noise and crowds. Reception staff are lovely and our butler Tiantian was so helpful and kind, offering a free shuttle to and from the Ancient City any time we needed amd arranging a complimentary transfer to thw ttain station at the end of our stay. Tiantian escorted us to our rooms and also made herself available on WeChat to assist us should we need anything. The hotel is beautifully appointed in traditional"

The cabin they gave us had a spectacular view, and the food was also very good. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back!"

"The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles."
