Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. It seemed they thought about their customers needs. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Friendly staff at the reception, housekeeping staff are amazing as well. Very clean. I would recommend this hotel 100%

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart room controls were easy to use. The toiletries were of high quality, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

I had received great service and extra help from one of the front counter host, named "Iris" at this hotel. Iris constantly survey the lobby area to see if any guest wuld need help and she tides up the front hotel area keeping it clean when she is not working at the front guest counter. When I was having eSIM and phone trouble unable to connect to connect to DiDI or Alispay, she came over and offered her help to set my phone up to correct WiFi and Data Roaming settings. She also helped me to leave my luggage at the hotel storage until I finished a mini tour in the morning of check-out. She is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. She has great attitude towards taking care of hotel guests. She deserves a 5-star review. I left the hotel happy and pleased.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff provided good service, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I used the washer and dryer to clean my clothes.

Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). Staff in the laundry room were so kind, I appreciated their help with the washing. There are also snacks in the lobby. After a long day of hiking in 30 degrees, a little icecream bar was what I needed. Thank you to the staff, everyone was super nice! :)

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage wirklich top. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man sollte nur wissen, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr voll sein kann zur Hauptzeit, weshalb man dann nicht essen kann. Wenn man Tickets für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit hat, sollte man also Puffer einplanen. Ansonsten war das Personal extrem hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns vor allem bei Iris und Coco für ihre Mühen bedanken.
