"What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location could not be any more central, the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are without the doubt the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. (Including the Waldorf Astoria and the Dorchester) We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bruges."

"Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge"

"We had an excellent stay in a lovely hotel. Its in a centre location yet far enough away from amny noise. The room wad clean and well presented. The bathroom was very large, the bedroom was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast wad delightful full very fresh with freshly made eggs anyway you like it."

"My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza."

"This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical! Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
