"Our week at The Oberoi Marrakech was an exceptional experience and easily the best service we’ve had at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully managed, creating a sense of calm and effortless luxury throughout our stay. The setting is stunning—beautifully designed with expansive gardens, tranquil water features, and views that make it easy to completely switch off. The room was equally impressive: spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with a real attention to detail that elevated the whole experience. The food was consistently outstanding, offering both variety and quality at every meal. What truly set the week apart, however, was the service. A special thank you to Arjun and Mamdouh Milad, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism perfectly captured what makes this hotel so special."

"Lovely hotel the staff were the highlight of the trip very friendly and hospitable. The food wasn’t as good as we thought it would be though for a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast was pretty average, the dinner was ok but it definitely wasn’t brilliant. Overall it was a great hotel. Highlighted by a lovely outlook to the pool from our room. Staff were brilliant. "

"1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."

"Very very good overall Excellent quality food and staff . Rooms are a bit dated but still good value. The only real negative is the hotel excursion desk that arrange for private taxis and private excursions . Bit of a rip off and poor quality taxis provided. I would urge the hotel owner /general manager to replace this third party company - it is not a good look for Iberostar- otherwise it was a fantastic stay . "
