The air conditioning was working hood. I have a complaint about a noise a few times a night,don't know what it was but i let the lobby staff know about it.

Great staff at reception desk. Parking was a bit complicated but not too bad. The main complaint was having a room with a shower in the bathroom but not curtain. Water went everywhere and we used too many towels to suck up the water from the floor. i've never seen a shower with not curtain or glass barrier before.

En general buen sitio.

Buen sitio en general. Fuimos en fiestas del Pilar, por lo que supongo fue más caro que ir cualquier otro día. El personal es muy amable, el servicio de estacionamiento por día es muy bueno y a buen precio. Hay una parada de autobuses casi justo al salir, por lo que llegar al centro es rápido. En Taxi son unos 9 euros de madrugada, por lo que, aunque no está justo en el centro, es muy fácil llegar.

Buen descanso

Hotel confortable. Viaje de negocios. Cama y ducha perfecto. Wifi, se puede mejorar. Es lo que más valoro. Lo aconsejo si quereis descansar para visitar Zaragoza o por viaje de negocios

Servicios escasos y sin nada en los alrededores.

Buen hotel, para el descanso, pero pocas opciones de salir, por ejemplo a cenar, en los alrededores. Hay sitio para aparcar en la calle pero no hay restaurantes cercanos, excepto alguno de comida rápida. La oferta gastronómica es escasa en el propio hotel. El gimnasio cuenta con pocas máquinas e incluso una de ellas estropeada (capacidad para 4 personas apenas). Es un buen hotel pero solo para dormir. El Wi-fi gratuito es de pésima calidad y velocidad. Ofrecen un wi-fi "premium" de pago que no probé. La primera noche. el teléfono de la habitación sonó como unas 6-7 veces sin que respondiera nadie y la segunda volvió a sonar a las 3:00 de la madrugada!!

Nice hotel, not such a nice area.

Good hotel with a secure underground car park. Room was very comfortable; small restaurant with a limited choice, In a mainly residential area so not many good local places to eat. A McDonalds is just around the corner... We used it for a one night stopover and it was fine for that.

Not worth the money

1) They charge for the parking but it's a nightmare to park there. Away from the hotel and two floors down in the basement. You would need 3 calls to the reception to open the garage door to go in and come out. 2) The breakfast was supposed to be included in the payment but they still charged extra for my wife. 3) far away from city center and quite far from Unizar, unlike what they claim. 4) the nonsmoking room smells full of cigarette. In general, I suggest you stay away from this hotel.

Très bon hôtel

Après avoir cru que l'hôtel était fermé, car il fallait sonner pour se faire ouvrir la porte, nous avous reçu un très bon accueil. La chambre était spacieuse propre et très confortable. Au niveau du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, l'hôtel propose gracieusement un café et des viennoiseries de bienvenue. Pour le petit-déjeuner ,qui était compris dans le prix de la chambre, nous avons pu nous régaler avec fromage, charcuterie,oeufs brouillés, bacon, viennoiseries, pain, etc. Tout était de très bonnes qualités. Rien à redire de ce séjour.

Visita a Zaragoza

Elegimos este lugar y este hotel por la zona, que no fuese céntrica para evitar problemas de aparcamiento, lo cual fue un acierto, pues pese a movernos con un vehículo bastante grande, no tuvimos problema en aparcar delante mismo del hotel. Fácil de llegar al centro a pie o en bus (mejor que con el coche) El hotel y su personal, inmejorables ! Muy buena relación calidad/precio

Very nice hotel. Booked rate that included breakfast which was excellent. Not much to do in neighborhood of hotel. Parking was very tight in garage so we ended up parking on the st which was free and safe.
