"The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."
