"Really liked our stay at this hotel, very clean and comfortable, great location too as it is an easy walk, or 5 mins on tram to centre of the city. Only downside was that the staff at check-in were rude, which we didn’t need after we’d been travelling for 24 hours before we arrived. :-("

"Loved the central location; so easy to see the tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly. Was disappointed with the lack of available powerpoints to charge phones,etc. The choice was to disconnect lights to enable chargers to be connected."
