Good hotel good location

I made a mistake making my reservation to this hotel, yet, the staff was helpful to correct my mistake. It was good. The hotel is in walking distance pretty much for everything.

Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine.

Good location. The hotel is enough for a short stay. A bit of cigarette smell in the corridors and rooms. Overall, a good hotel.

Nice and clean hotel within walking distance to the city center. Great breakfast and friendly, English-speaking staff. One of the more affordable options I found, and I was very satisfied with the quality. Bonus: there’s a bar in the lobby!

Good stay. Staff were really friendly and also allowed me to keep luggage there for the day after check out. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the main square. There is also public transport available right outside.

Amazing option to travel on a Budget

Amazing Hotel. Loved the price and the room. The breakfast is nice and the location has a tram stop right in front. You are able to go to the city center in less than 10 minutes.

The best thing was the location (one corner of the "horseshoe") provided good access to Trg Tomislav and Trg Jelacic, both by streetcar and walking. It's a pretty good hotel overall and worth coming back to.
