You need to check in with a Telefon , even to enter the door your need to call . I hab 2 guest before me for check inn - I waited 30 minutes

Nice hotel

The Hotel is nice. Itā€™s about an hour out of Madrid, which wasnā€™t that bad because you could just take the bus to and from. the rooms were great. It was a little loud sometimes so that and thereā€™s nobody there to control that. They have a virtual front desk and that AI is the only thing that speaks English all the people there. Speak Spanish only no English. So that was I want to say thatā€™s a downside but on the hole it was a nice hotel.

There is no receptionist on site, but we comunicate with them through a video door entry system, which worked fairly well.

The check in process was difficult. I chose this hotel because it said you could check in any time in the evening. When I arrived the door was locked. There was an intercom but after 10 minutes of trying there was no answer. I only managed to get in when another guest entered the hotel. Inside there is a kiosk which is used to get the room access code and the main door code. Aside from this the hotel is nice and clean.

Absence totale de personnel. RĆ©ception par camĆ©ra. ObligĆ© de changer de chambre car hyper bruyant en raison de la machinerie de climatisation. Lors du dĆ©part toujours pas de personnel donc pas possible de payer. El mĆ©todo de pago rechazĆ³ 3 tarjetas de crĆ©dito vĆ”lidas. Si no es posible el pago con tarjeta de crĆ©dito, el Hotel no deberĆ­a rechazar el pago en efectivo, como hemos solicitado. Nos tomĆ³ 62 minutos hacer el check in. Este es el Ćŗnico punto que merece una calificaciĆ³n muy negativa.

Lo bueno, el hotel estĆ” nuevo. Lo malo, para mi, no hay nadie, pero nadie literalmente, que atienda personalmente en el establecimiento. Todo funciona con llamadas y cĆ³digos. La habitaciĆ³n es correcta, sin mĆ”s. El baƱo estarĆ­a bien de no ser porque la baƱera es una pista de patinaje, sin antideslizante en suelo, y sin ningĆŗn sitio donde cogerse, un peligro. No volveremos.

Quarto bastante honesto. Cama confortĆ”vel, chuveiro decente, ambiente muito limpo. O checkin foi feito remotamente por uma funcionĆ”ria muito simpĆ”tica, que nos enviou os cĆ³digos para acessar o hotel e o quarto. Tudo funciona muito bem.
