"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. "From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. "I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It's located right on the riverfront, so the views from the room were amazing. The room itself was very comfortable — spacious, bright, and well equipped, with a lovely bathroom too. Breakfast was a real highlight, very good quality with plenty of choices to suit everyone. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!"

"We found a lot of dust, and some bits of trash. The location was perfect, right across the river from Melk, and there is a free parking lot. The biggest thing was that we chose it because the website said there was air conditioning, and there is NOT air conditioning. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room had a nice, big bathtub, which made us happy."
