"The hotel is new in 2025. Rooms clean, nice amenities. Check in staff was kind, they moved me to a higher floor near the elevator on check in.
I visited Yreka because I had a medical procedure and finding transport is a nightmare. Couldn’t get an Uber, taxi only part-time and bus only runs a few times a day between hotel and hospital but not on weekends. Be prepared if you are coming to town for a medical procedure and you receive anesthesia! "

"What we liked: excellent breakfast, handle bars in shower.
What could improve: bigger sign on street to show location. Sign is not very visible. We used Google Get You Lost to find the hotel and it directed us into next door McDonalds."
"For what it is, the Econolodge was great. Yes, it’s an older property, yes the room could use some updating, but it was clean and very affordable and the bed and bedding was very comfortable for a one-night, I’ve been driving too long, place to rest.
And the staff was friendly and accommodating.

"An older ,quaint motel but was clean, comfortable and the owners were very accommodating to our parking needs with pickup and cargo trailer(total 38 feet). They made sure parking area was free of debris etc. We are actually staying there on our return trip. "
"Staff is very nice. A lot of live ins with junk. Room has no closet or hangar rack. Total remodel needed. BUT I am here Umping High School Tournament and I can deal with this for 1 night. Price was right and just downhill from High School. Enjoyed Dinner at Puerto Vallarta Restaurant across the street."
