I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too

The male receptionist was not helpful and lazy. my room had a toxic smell to it that I couldn’t even sleep in the room. I wanted to shower but the shower was all dirty. I’ve never smelt a hotel or motel so bad. I definitely want my money back and I’m gonna be calling my credit card company and asking to reverse the charges unless you want to have somebody reach out to me the next two days and I won’t do that. Also, the room I supposed to have was 134. That’s the Expedia room and they gave me 234 and I have a prosthetic leg and I told him I was handicap and the guy didn’t care at all. I said well I reserved a room on the first floor, but I had to climb stairs with heavy bags. Dr. Gonter

Price was ok, clean room, confortable beds, no hot water in the shower. They do not offer toiletries anymore but one hand soap, not extra toilet paper. I always carry extra toilet paper just in case. I just spent one night, passing by on a road trip to Canada border. They offer coffee on the go only.
