"The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly and are not interested in helping with anything at all. We had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights ( back to back) under the same name - had to check out and check back in as they said that they are fully booked and can not accommodate keeping the same room for 2 nights. It was extremely painful to take all the luggage to the front desk to keep it until we come back from Yosemite, but more surprisingly, when we checked back in - it was the same...

"I like that this place is close to the park entrance so getting there is fairly easy. The place was not crowded so noise was not an issue, sometimes it has been noisy here. I did not use the large tub, but for some that might be a plus. It provided a good sleep. I just wish it was a bit more affordable for enjoying Yosemite for more than one night. "Terrible customer service. Check-in at the hotel is until 10 pm, but if you need to check in later, you need to call and let them know and pay about $28. The administrator called me at 9:30 pm, I couldn't answer right away, and they left a voicemail for me to call back. I called back at 9:35 (there is call confirmation). No one answered. I called many times. I also tried through customer service. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm, but no one was there and no one answered. I do not recommend...
