Ideal base for a visit to York

Efficicent check in and key pickup at nearby hotel. Apartment was roomy and conveniently located close to the Ouse Bridge and central York - within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and ample supply of hot water for bath and showers.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

The location was excellent as just a short walk into York and all the attractions. Parking on site is a real bonus if book in advance. Property secure and has everything you need and lovely and clean. Would definitely book again

Two nights stay for family holidays in York

Conveniently located in city centre within walking distance to shopping and tourist attractions. Good for family stay. Only downside is the limited parking lots onsite. The hotel does provide discount voucher for parking at a nearby NCP car park though.

Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with free parking. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. We will definitely return if we can ever book in!

Central, comfortable, quiet apartment stay

Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website) Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay.

Good apartment in proximity to the train station and attractions, so it is very walkable. On the other hand, no elevators, so it can be challenging to go up and down 5 floors with suitcases.

The property was excellent. It had everything we needed and was close to all the amenities. We did not need to use the car as everything was walkable. The apartment was clean, spacious and very safe. The only slight issue was the WIFI was not very strong.

The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless.

Convenient & Welcoming

Apartment lovely and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Very close to centre and with free parking, it was a win win situation. Reception staff lovely and friendly. Although not too many stairs, after a day sightseeing and a lot of walking, think I’d try to book a ground floor apartment next time. (We were on 3rd floor). Only downside is Wi-Fi is extremely slow, less than 2mb.

Ok - but Nothing special

Not too Bad It is fairly decent value for money, although the property has quite a lot of wear and tear and could do with a refresh. However, it represents fairly decent value for money for a basic apartment (although the basics were done okay—good hot water, relatively clean apartment (less clean in common areas) with secure parking and within a very short walk of the main attractions of York while still being on a fairly quiet street).
