Hard beds, but nice staff

Pros: great staff, clean rooms, quiet, close to train station Cons: very very hard beds and pillows. It felt like sleeping on the floor. Also it's in a nightlife (red light) area with mostly bars so it's hard to find places to eat dinner that allow kids.

チェックイン手続きをしている方が多くなる時間帯、チェックインを厳格にしているため必要な手続きが終わって時間待ちしている客がフロント近くに多くなって混雑していた。私はチェックインには未だ7分ありますと言われキーを渡されなかった、多くのホテルで部屋の用意が出来ている場合はチェックインを早めている、臨機応変に対応しても良いのではないか。表明しているチェックイン時間を堅持するためだけに待たせるのに何の意味があるのか。フロントでの混雑を避け客の流れスムーズにした方がホテル業務の為にも、疲れて到着した者にも為になるはず。 考慮されたし！！

ホテル敷地内の立体駐車場にアルファードだったため駐車できず、予約時に案内をしていただけら、もっとスムーズにチェックインできたはず、チェックインのバタバタは最悪でした。 妻の疲労困憊ぶりが、申し訳ない感じでした。 チェックイン時、わたしの名前にて2部屋予約してありましたが、一部屋しかチェックインされず、もう一度チェックインに妻と行きました。チェックイン時に、2部屋チェックインされてますが、もう一部屋はよろしいですか？の一言があってもよかったのではないでしょうか？ 朝の朝食ですが、6時半に行ったら、行列ができていました。6時半を過ぎても開始されていない状況でした。スムーズな配膳になっておらず、座席も相席となり、妻と子供は結果コンビニに行きました。 とにかく、色々ありすぎるホテルでしたが、コスパは、良いホテルでした。
