Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style.

清潔な室内、サウナまである温泉、お風呂上がりのアイス、夜鳴きそばまであって、充実した夜を過ごした翌日は、朝風呂そして湯上がり乳酸菌飲料、それからまた和洋折衷色とりどりの美味しい朝食があって、とても満足できる一泊でした。

駐車場ありとあって予約したが、その日の先着順だと現地で言われ、連日満室。4日連泊したが、4日とも停められずに歩いて5分のパーキングに停めました。駐車場予約システムにするか、連泊者優先にしてほしかったです。 川崎や山梨のドーミーインに比べて朝のバイキングの種類が半分くらいのように感じた。品数少なく、メニューが4連泊とも同じだった。デザートや果物くらい変わればいいのにと思いました。３人家族なのに2人席に通され、隣の4人席が空いていたのにあとから来た家族が通されており、「お一人は窓際カウンター席で」と言われた。 ロビーで別室家族がおりてくるまで30分ほど本を読んで座って待っていたら、見える距離のフロントスタッフ2人がずっと雑談だけをしていた。ドーミーの中ではスタッフ教育やサービスがイマイチだなと感じた。たまたま運が悪かっただけかもしれないが

近鉄四日市から十分歩ける距離にあるものの、コンビニに行くのには歩いて十分くらいかかるし、周囲も歩きやすい道路ではない。一方夜鳴きソバなど、各種のサービスも充実しているし、温泉施設・漫画等、ホテルそのもののサービスを満喫したい人に向いている。

湯上りのアイスサービス良い。コーヒーも飲み放題でおいしい。夜鳴きラーメンもちょうどよい量で味は濃いめに作ってもらいちょうどよかったしおいしい。施設はとてもきれい。朝食もうなぎ入りごはんやライブキッチンがありとても満足した。
