"We loved our stay at hotel naru, the rooms are clean, spacious and have the most stunning view. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had, so many fresh and nutritious options and the most mouth watering freshly baked goods. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the location was also super convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!!"

"This is the better LOTTE hotel in the city. Central in Hongdae, excellent views. The feel of the hotel is definitely on the younger side, as in it would appeal to a younger audience (millennial or Gen Z. The hotel has good amenities, a restaurant and plentiful public spaces to relax or work. The rooms are small, at least the double we booked was on the smaller size, common for a big city. Generally the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is small but the shower is large and well appointed. Lots of considered amenities in the room to make the stay comfortable. Overall satisfactory, clean, modern and some thought has gone into what would appeal for the audience they are looking to attract."

"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant"
