"The hotel is a modern building right next to the river and our room was on the 41st floor, overlooking the city. There is a park in front where people come to exercise which was fun to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended"

"Chosing Grand Mercure is like hitting the lotto. General manager Rita is an exceptional human being in kindness, professionalism and friendliness. We felt at home in her sweet presence. She became part of our family. Rita, Iris and Sofi are pleasant memories now. Thank you all"

"Room very clean, breakfast was great and your staff was great, especially Lily Yan, she was extra nice and helpful, every time she saw us in the hotel she was super friendly and helpful "

"Clean room that was spacious. The shower head squirted water from the bottom too, which was quite confusing at the start, but small maintenance would fix that"

"Nice for everything's thank you"
