Chosing Grand Mercure is like hitting the lotto. General manager Rita is an exceptional human being in kindness, professionalism and friendliness. We felt at home in her sweet presence. She became part of our family. Rita, Iris and Sofi are pleasant memories now. Thank you all

Not a hotel for foreigners. Would not recommend this hotel, floor was never vacuumed and a whole host of other things
