We stayed here one night. They are closing in a few days but still had many options. Our room was clean, housekeeping were very helpful and front desk staff were great. It’s a great location, less than 5 mins walk to Old Faithful.

Overall a great place to stay and great base for exploring the Old Faithful area. The lodge is great, good amenities, including a good bar and grill and the staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The only issue we had was that the rooms were quite noisy, with next doors snoring heard clearly and the plumbing making it sound like next doors shower was in our room. Despite this, we would stay again.

You can't get a better location than this inside YS NP. Close to the Old Faithful geyser, and close to all the shops and visitor center. Nearby geysers are walking distance. All except microwave (which was available in common area) available in the room. Only missing item is a/c which for our stay was not an issue since the temps outside was cool anyway.

The staff was friendly at check in and the room was clean. Comfy bed with extra pillows. My son had an issue at 4 in the morning and they helped me get tweezers to help him. You don’t know how much I appreciated you.

The room was large and comfortable. No daily made service. You have to request for service. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. No TV but that was ok.

The thermostat in cabin could not be turned down, which was confirmed by desk staff. Cabin was terribly hot & we slept with a window open all night. Bathroom floor needed cleaning in corners as dirt was built up & a couple dead bugs in one corner. Hot water ran out during shower, and I was only in shower about 5 min - was trying to hurry anyway. Front desk staff were very nice. Beds fairly comfortable. Rooms spacious & quiet.

A great place to stay for a few nights in Yellowstone. We were in one of the cabins and it was spacious, comfy and had all the amenities. The nearby Snow Lodge was in walking distance for dinner.
