"Location in relation to Yellowstone, restaurant, airport, and other activities was perfect. Customer service was A++ by every personnel I encountered. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Really liked the first floor dual entry rooms. Free wifi and computer/printer use. Pool and hot tub were great. But let me tell you about the automatic pancake makers! They made some great pancakes! I haven't seen these anywhere else. Yogurt machine. So many creamer options for coffee. I was very impressed by breakfast options. My whole family loved our stay here."

"We stayed here one night. They are closing in a few days but still had many options. Our room was clean, housekeeping were very helpful and front desk staff were great. It’s a great location, less than 5 mins walk to Old Faithful."

"This establishment is old, but cutely decorated. The room was very tiny with a king bed. Not too many plug ins for your electronics. I brought an adapter with plug ins and ports with me. The room was clean but the rugs were old and in need of cleaning. The baseboards were dusty, but I think it was just old baseboards. The rooms could use renovations. We were there on the off season and still paid $180. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. Nothing cooked except the waffles in the corner that we didn’t see until later. Not a bad place to stay. It was warm and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was clean, but an old building. The lobby was beautiful."

"What's not to like?! The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was hot and had many choices. My only suggestion would be additional towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. Our room had only one hook, which didn't provide enough space for hanging damp towels so that they could be used again, especially since housekeeping was not provided daily."
