"The old hall hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room for which towels were also provided. All the staff were very happy to help and were lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back."

"The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. "

"Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. "

"Very clean and tidy room, a bit of a sea view and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to call them any problems or questions they are very happy to help.
