"Hotel has been completely updated and location is great, along with the views. Staff was very friendly and the common space is lovely. Especially loved the outdoor fire place. Only negative was low ceilings, my husband is tall and uneven floors led to stumbling into the bed frame in the middle of the night that left a nasty bruise. "

"Pretty much perfect all around. The room we stayed in was basic and perfectly clean. The hotel had recently been remodeled. This hotel is on the main drag so there was a little traffic noise (I always travel with a white noise generator for just such instances!) but not too bad. The location is in the middle between Nye Beach (ocean) and the bay; we walked to those location. We made the quick drive over the bridge to the aquarium, marine center and Rogue Brewery for dinner.
