Lack of communication to management and then they are supposed to give us a little refund, they ended up charging us another almost $300 on our card. Now we have to deal with that. "The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a continental breakfast; muffins, bagels, cereal. The bagels were soft and satisfying. Hot coffee 24hrs. Microwave in the lounge area but room did have a mini fridge. Will stay here again!"
