"The hotel was fully booked and some cleaning staff were on sick leave. We had to call them to clean up the room at 5 pm.! However, Ms.Pinky ( hotel manager) was very responsive and helpful. "

"Everything was good except that heater was not working properly for 3 nights. We stayed here for 5 nights. Without that it would have been perfect. "

"Very helpful staffs and comfy beds. "

"Very clean, staff helpful"

"Great location, modern hotel with great staff and breakfast in foyer, the Howey Suite was amazing and outdoor area was fantastic for sun in the middle of Melbourne!"

"Great efficient+helpful staff overall Excellent location for our plans 24hr reception desk a plus Perfect for single travellers but for couples, insufficient storage space in rooms +bathrooms. "Great hotel. Very handy location near Collins Street and Southern across station. Super chic decor and styling. Very arty but still luxe. Pool is great, as is top floor restaurant/breakfast."

"Staff really helpful. We did find it a challenging stay though due to the shower. There were three of us, including a toddler, for each shower it took up to five minutes for the water to get hot. Would not usually care, but paid for a good hotel and this was under par."
