Good ryokan

Good ryokan, with an excellent location, in front of the airport and with a good onsen. However, the food could be more special given that it is a ryokan. Not bad, but it was not up to my expectations

Onsen facility is good. Ingredients and contents for Dinner and Breakfast are considered overprice. There is no lift access which is Inconvenient. Staff did not offer to send the luggage to the room.

員工非常親切熱心，早起爬繩文杉和白谷雲水峽還能委託他們幫忙準備早餐和午餐的便當，之後的幾天看到我出門在櫃檯寄存房間鑰匙，都還會問我需不需要準備午餐。 早晚餐都很精緻，量也很足，菜色三天一循環，這次住了4天的我，到了第四天彼此都有點尷尬，哈哈哈哈。 泡湯的地方有提供擼背的菜瓜布，真的加大分，不然我每次都要另外帶我自己的菜瓜布出國，露天部分有2種溫度，有一區是比較不熱的，可以悠悠哉哉的久泡，順便按摩一下爬山疲累的腳掌和雙腿，真心大推。 除了價格有些貴之外，不管是基本上就算是在機場對面只隔一條馬路的位置，還是旁邊3分鐘路程就有一家包山包海，大得離譜，應有盡有的食品藥妝百貨店，10分鐘路程有一家超級好賣的土產店+咖啡簡餐店（再往前大概3、5分鐘還有一家當地茶農自產自銷的茶舖兼甜點店），飯店裡的賣店也很好買。不看價錢，真的很棒，無可挑剔！

地産の食材で構成された食事内容でした。 2枚で宿泊しましたが部屋も充分な広さでした。縄文杉を見るために10時間歩きお風呂で疲れを取ることができたし、登山客向けにお弁当の準備などもフロントでお願いして用意してもらえたので初めてでしたが安心して登山に備えることができました。何よりも空港から近かったのが嬉しかった。 ペットボトルの水がサービスで用意してあったらいいなぁと思いました。

Die Unterkunft entspricht einem japanischen Guesthouse und verfügt nur über ein Gemeinschaftsbad. (auf der Expediaseite stand, dass unser Zimmer über eine eigene Dusche verfügt). Die Luft war im Komplex sehr stickig und es roch schimmelig. Wir hatten im Zimmer auch viele dunkle Flecken an den Wänden. Dazu ist es extrem hellhörig. Über uns haben wahrscheinlich Elefanten gewohnt. Ansonsten ist die Anlage gut erreichbar und schön angelegt. Wer abends allerdings außerhalb des Hotels essen möchte, braucht eigentlich ein Auto. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt stimmte für uns das Preisleistungsverhältnis aber nicht.

絶対に泊まってはいけない。がっかりする。コスパ最低！

◾️悪いところ: ①今どきバリアフリーではない。重い荷物は自分で運ぶ。エレベーター、エスカレーターない。足の悪い年配者は階段苦労していた。②団体客(修学旅行生)優先で宿泊客なのに夕食予約出来なかった。宿の周りにはほぼ食事施設はない。縄文杉トレッキング行って疲労困憊で夕食がないのには参った。③部屋に風呂がない。大浴場だけ。団体客が使うので18:30〜21:00ごろまでは混雑します。だって。当日言われても。④客の顔を覚えないので帰宿しても「おかえりなさい」も言わないしと、当然鍵も部屋番号言わないと出ない。サービスマインド感じることない。⑤朝食が貧相。一泊ひとり2万円超で出来合いの食材を並べただけのお重の朝食とかすごくがっかり。⑥部屋も古い和室で狭いトイレ内の手洗いで化粧するしかなかった。電源コンセントも少ない。鍵を抜いて部屋を出ると電源が落ちるので外出中の充電は出来ない？◾️良いところ: ①空港から近い。②レンタカー屋が近い。(逆に言えば繁華街に遠い) ◾️総合:とにかくがっかりの連続。コスパは過去最低。
